Bums on Seats is a comedy that revolves around a provincial theatre's production of a new play called "Fecund", a strange and off the wall offering that focuses on a rather chaotic birth.

Staged in two halves, firstly from the theatre company's point of view and secondly from the auditorium where we meet the audience, we are introduced to a wide range of characters each with their own very distinct personalities.

The play is a series of hilarious scenes that are linked by three usherettes who come on and introduce the various scenes.
